Glossary
Instrument States
Instruments can have different states: enabled, disabled, or suspended by the market. Additionally, instruments are in a certain trading phase. In the Instruments View, there is a column C that shows cells colored yellow, green, or red to identify the state of the displayed data, along with acronyms that indicate the phase in which the instrument is.
Cell Colors
Below is a table describing the meanings of the colors of cell C:
COLOR | INDICATION |

YELLOW | No Market Data available. |
GREEN | With Market Data available, and enabled for trading. |
RED | Instrument disabled by the market (only if disabled while the user was logged into the application, otherwise they will not be listed). |
BLUE | Instrument suspended or frozen. |
States
Below is a table describing the states of the instruments and their meanings:
STATE | INDICATION |
|---|---|
ENABLED | Instrument enabled for trading, including instruments with a call to the floor. |
DISABLED | Instrument disabled for trading. |
SUSPENDED | Instrument temporarily disabled for trading, frozen or suspended; only order cancellations are allowed. |
CALL TO THE FLOOR | Instrument temporarily disabled for trading, in call to the floor; indicated by the instrument's symbol blinking alternating between gray and white. |
Phases
The following table contains the phases in which instruments can be found, along with their corresponding identifying acronym:

PRT | The instrument is in the PRE-TRADING phase. |
TR | The instrument is in the TRADING phase. |
POT | The instrument is in the POST-TRADING phase. |
AH | The instrument is in the AFTER-HOUR phase. |
CL | The instrument is in the CLOSE phase. |
